Have two bedrooms (one with bathroom) in our basement. Total basement overhaul - family, game room and main bath will have 5-6" oak baseboards and crown moulding.. We are increasing height of baseboard and width of trim in bedrooms but not going with oak. Am wondering whether to go with white/off-white or black trim. One bedroom had black trim before so would be easier to paint over existing closet doors, bathroom door, etc. But I am wondering about consistency; should both bedrooms be same color - they weren't before. Paint in both is SW Urban Beige, neutral carpet with flecks of darker colors.
