I have been shopping for quartz lately and have come across in house brands that are less than the national brands. Obviously, I hope their quality is the same. Price is about 10-20% lower in my area.

there is a house brand called Aggranite that has very reasonable prices for carerra marble looking quartz

I have seen what glschisler has in some high end designer homes lately. The new laminates are really beautiful.

BIanco Romano granite is a good substitute.

The Caesarstone Calacatta Nuvo is extraordinarily beautiful - and when you take into account the strength, durability and the fact that it is practically maintenance free - I would recommend looking at other areas of your project for cost savings. Good luck!
