I don't think it's WB; this guys blooms are double & kind of ruffled (maybe?). It's tough to tell from this pic, but the blooms have more red in it than WB (at first I thought it could've been Quadra but I've never seen Quadra irl), although it's growing on the east side of the house so it's in partial shade, whereas my WB is growing on the west side of my house (hot afternoon sun) & the blooms are more pink. I'd say the colors of the rose above look more reddish pink.

The owner of this rose is my parent's neighbor down the street, whom I don't know, but I had his daughter-in-law ask, but he didn't remember its name. :(

Could this be Rasarium Uetersen?

This climber looks absolutely like my cl Blaze, when flowers get older.
