My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Need new wooden door that can withstand heat and light (Palm Springs, CA).

    Local manufacture here is Phx market it is 48" wide 8' tall. Ash we also replaced all doors within to match except for the barn doors.

    Go with a fiberglass door. This has a covering and faces N. Get very little weather and rain. Fiberglass won't rot and will not warp with the sun.
