Recently purchased a home in N. GA with an in ground pool. Come to find out the pool has about a 1 volt current in the metal railing. Read a lot about it an realized pool not bonded correctly. Tested all power sources and with all electricity cut off to the house , railing still has charge. Met w power company today and they are looking into their poles surrounding the house. However I want to fix my pool . Any suggestions or recommendations of someone capable to do this work in north ga ?
