My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This is wire-brushed rift sawn oak with a grey semi-opaque stain and light grey glaze.

    It was a custom mix and although I spent hours on it, I don't believe i kept records of what we settled on. I will touch base with the homeowner and see if she remembers.

    Are the paints, stains you use low voc? Water based, etc.
