Lovely home. I would leave the window trim white. As for the other things, I would see if they have any off white gutters, as I would try to match the gutters and the other surfaces to the brick as much as possible-since gutters are usually something that people like to de-emphasize. So, getting them to blend in to the scenery is generally the idea-and they're not doing that now, being white, and they won't do that if they are black either.

I agree with Luc's comments. In looking at your picture, a dark bronze paint on the window trims and a dark semi transparent stain on the vertical wood elements could make a striking contrast to the light colored stone. Freshening up the landscape would also enhance the curb appeal.

I'm also working on picking out gutters for my house. For you, I would suggest keeping the white. However, I think it totally depends on you! Normally I play it safe a pick a color I know will work.
