I'm about ready to redo the flooring in my small vanity with an attached toilet and shower through a door in another room. I want to tile it. The problem is tile is so hard and cold....and to heat it would be too expensive. We have cold winters here. I was introduced to some amazing vinyl tile in 12 x 24 that you can use with grout. It's warmer to my feet, but I'm worried about resale and by a design standpoint is it okay to do. I would appreciate some advice!!!
