it looks like you already sprayed it... if not.. look up powdery mildew on roses ...

there are at least 3 rose forums.... i would suggest you use them for the real hardcore people ...

Mujtaba, I have to say that I sure don't like the looks of that planting medium. Something that muddy would be very difficult for a containerized plant to thrive in.

Looks like in the container u have the normal soil which gardens have.. R u sure that plants survive in that soil?? I mean do u have other plants growing well in that medium??try adding some fertilizer for roses .also sometimes, if they r taking roots, the upper growth will stop for a while.

Rabains I have all my rose plants planted in this soil and in such pots. Currently I have no place to plant them in ground. I would like to know what is the other media to plant them in pot and if it is available in India. Thanks by the way

I had added some organic fertilizer while planting it few months ago in that pot. And I tried to find soil less potting mix here I didn't found one I will be searching how I can make it my self.

Do not worry!! Beautiful roses grow in India with that same garden muddy soil and with no soilless mixture. Which part of India are u growing roses??
