My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    thanks for getting back to me so quickly ;)

    i like the multi-color one alot too . . i need two bedspreads - one full size multi-color (preferably) and one in a one color option(open minded about the color of this one) for a twin bed . . . they will be in the same room on a bunk beds that are full over twin so 2 that look good together . . . both of the kids in the room are boys so probably nothing too pink or girly ;)
