Less. Look at the Jenn-Air dual fuel. I have one and really like it.

But, what are the other appliances in the kitchen? Can you stick to one brand and make it cohesive?

Yes Sophie good point. It's not a tear down nor a mansion. None of my appliances match, Meile dishwasher, Bosch . I live south of Boston. Real estate is going up. I'm replacing counters and sink. I've attached a picture, thanks Barbara

With an OTR, you're limited to a basic consumer grade range. Unless you want to upgrade your ventilation? Neither are projects that will see a great deal of payback. Maybe do a slide in at the GE Profile level though if you keep the OTR so you can do a lighter backsplash behind it.

Personally, I wouldn't do any of those projects with selling so soon on the table. You won't get a return on the expense. What you have is fine.

I'd at least get a stove that does not have the extension in the back.... Control panels in front

I would leave this as is declutter top of cabinets. and remove the valance thing above the window

From the point of re-sale there are many things to consider..perhaps you have a realtor in your area to ask? Sometimes in a really good area and in your price range people are going to do a complete re-do anyway..also changes needed for re-sale would be obvious to a good realtor..so you can spend your money in the right place

The Wolf gas range is not likely to be compatible with the OTR microwave. Bosch doesn't recommend gas ranges under microwaves, either, in my area of CA. Pick something more modest (not commercial wanna-be) such as in the GE or Kitchenaid lines, then read installation instructions online before buying to see if the specific model can go under a microwave.

Don't do anything. It's the cookie that the mouse starts with and ends up with a 70K kitchen remodel that loses you money at resale.
