I need to remove a failing coat of drylock from my basement cinderblock wall. I have tried grinding and wet grinding with diamond implements but this will take years and likely damage my surface. I tried pressure washing and this did nothing.

Does anyone know of a proven method to remove drylock from humid but not wet cinderblock?
