Feedback on basement layout

Need some input on how I should configure this basement to add a bedroom and a bathroom, leaving the rest of the space open. Please note the egress window locations, the soil stack location. The location of the egress is making this tricky. Note that I might be able to remove the posts labeled 1 and 2. Any help is appreciated!!

Here is a potential layout I've considered. Enables hallway to bathroom, but weird 5 ft wide secion of the bedroom to get to egress. Thoughts?

Not nearly enough info and the drawings are too primitive. But in concept only, something that incorporates the Emergency Escape and Rescue Opening better into the room (BLUE). Bath near stack (RED).
