Need some input on how I should configure this basement to add a bedroom and a bathroom, leaving the rest of the space open. Please note the egress window locations, the soil stack location. The location of the egress is making this tricky. Note that I might be able to remove the posts labeled 1 and 2. Any help is appreciated!!
