They are showing signs of overwatering. I suspect that the roots may be rotting, at least the one on the left. If they were mine I would be tempted to take them out of the pots to examine the roots and take care of it before it gets worse, just in case.

The soil looks very dark and peat like....what are they growing in? That may have not helped especially if they have been getting to much rain.

Organic soil

It appears to not be well draining. There are many recipes for a gritty mix media here on Garden Web that explain why the organic based soils do not drain well. I won't rehash it, since you can easily search for it and locate many articles posted by Al. If these were my plants I would remove them from the soil and let them dry out. I am pretty sure you will find roots rotting beneath the soil based upon the leaf colors on both plants.
