We have a large open front porch. Directly underneath the porch is interior living space (laundry Room, etc.) in our basement. How to seal the front porch was always our worry and we originally chose a product that has worked well so far (5 years). It is a thick grade vinyl on the top side and underneath a fabric. We're worried about longevity of this product and if it were to ever tear.

Looking for a roofing expert probably that can recommend what flooring product we should use that is 100% waterproof. Esthetically we also want to finish off with a material that will look nice.
