I'm replacing two sliders as well as changing out a bay window into a NanaWall bi-fold. Although on opposites sides of the kitchen, the Nana and one slider can be viewed at the same time. All windows and existing sliders throughout the house are white. The kitchen cabinets (between the Nana and the slider) are Maple - mostly natural finish but the island is stained a little darker - so there are two wood tones in the kitchen. These two woodtones are carried out in areas of the house (mantel, a couple beams, and the stair banister). Eventually we want to add hardwood floors.

I'm thinking of going with a bronze on the Nana to call it out as an architectural element and trying to decide what to do about the slider. I want to maintain some consistency throughout the house as we change things so whatever I decide for the slider in this area I will do for the others. I'm hoping the Nana bronze will create some interest and I can then bring in some bronze elements to tie into it (korbels, cabinet hardware, etc.)

My dilemma - Do I try to coordinate the slider with the Nana bronze? Will introducing a new color cause chaos or bring contrast/interest? Or Do I stain the slider to coordinate with the cabinets? Or do I paint the slider white to match the windows and use bronze hardware to tie into the Nana? Or throw my hands in the air and make it all white?
