Without being able to feel it I'd say 'not quite ripe' yet. Still a bit too shiny and hard looking and not enough contrast between the pink and the shoulders and the shoulders are still too green.

I would say that it will be ripe in a day or two.

Mine are still green. Probably some are getting a hint of color.

So it is good to how they'd look when ripe.
