Reprocessing jam & jelly questions

Is there a timeframe for reprocessing jam or jelly that didn't set? I know some jams take longer to set, but I have some fig that still hasn't set from when I made it about a month ago. I used a food processor to chop the figs on this batch and I think it changed the consistency (too much water released?) The seals are all good. Can they be reprocessed?

What about some plum jelly that was made in 4 oz jars around Christmas? Is it possible to reprocess at this point into larger 8 oz jars?
