I would like to put the Evo Affinity cooktop in my outdoor kitchen. Wondering if anyone has any experience with it. Also wondering what type of vent hood would fit above it. It's 30 inches in diameter so I think I would need a vent hood deeper than 24 inches. Here's a photo of it.
