What a difference paint makes! This client wanted to turn this wine room into more of a Gentleman's Pub room.

Dilemma: The light wood carved cabinets were dated and the floating bar the client purchased had nothing in common with the built-in cabinets

Solution: Paint both cabinets and floating bar in flat black with rub-through to visually connect the two. Add seeded glass to the door and an antique black mirror backspash. Re-scaled motifs were taken from the built-in cabinets and applied to floating bar and the client's family crest was applied for a unique personal touch. Grass-cloth wrapped walls create a sophisticated, warm and inviting Gentleman's Pub Room.
