Looks hand done. You're looking entirely too close. You're not going to roll out dough on the bottom of the counter.

Thank you Carol. I also noticed the following from the same fabricator - the "waterfall" is not touching the floor in some areas...wondering how it can be fixed. It just looks awful and I didn't notice it until the paper covering the floor was gone...
