Hi,

I live in NYC in a condo that was built
3-years ago. We've had problems with the Heating / AC unit since we moved in when the building opened.

We have a Johnson Controls Hi-Rise Water Source Heat Pump (see photo for product details) Last winter, our super was unable to fix the unit when it stopped working. He called in an outside contractor and they replaced the unit. Well here we are a few months later and not the NEW until is not working.

We are not ready to take matters into our own hands. Wondering if there is a good alternative for a Johnson Controls unit.

Would love to hear from anyone with good advice.
