Has anybody tried this? It seems I have too many cucumbers (and everything else for that matter...). I only need so many pickles, so looking to use some up. I'll admit - cucumbers in salsa seems strange to me, but I'll give it a try if anybody has any positive feedback about the recipe. By the same token, if you made it and dislike it, I'd like to know that too! Thanks!
