Need Help With Bathroom Paint Color

I would like to brighten this hallway/guest bathroom yet still have it flow with the hallway colors. I recently painted the trim, ceiling and door but would like opinions on wall color. I am stuck with current beige floor tile, almond fixtures, and mauve(ish) countertop. The door to the bathroom is viewed from stairway and hallway so I'm not sure I should change the green/beige scheme. I will not change the hallway carpet. Should I be concerned about visual flow or consider the bath a separate room and paint it a warm brighter neutral? Much of the rest of my house is painted in varying shades of white so part of me wants to keep some color in there. Not sure what to do and stuck. Please advise, I'd love your opinions. Thank you.

I really like the green and the fabric that you already have ,but if you are tired of it then change you must :)

I was thinking of adding purple to your decor ,it would bring an instant boost to your bathroom .

Thank you for the inspirational pictures! I especially like the clean lines in the second picture. I was on the fence about changing the wall color except for the fact that the room is a little dark. I tried changing the shower curtain but couldn't find a pattern with green that I liked. Husband doesn't think it' worth the trouble to paint a lighter green. I like BM Guilford Green but then I'll have to find another shower curtain. These days, it's all grays and blues out there. Wall hangings will help unify the room but I was waiting to see if I'm repainting or not. Still thinking it all over. Thank you....

I love "Guildford green HC117" from Benjamin Moore , is just beautiful , no word of a lie ! I have used it in the living room , hall way and dining and the whole house gives out a very fresh feeling . Too bad that I cannot see to perfection your curtain but I could email you if you wish . I have the feeling that that curtain would look amazing next to the Guildford Green I used the "Origin " paint no need to prime with that one :)

I tried to get a picture of Guilford Green alongside my shower curtain and snapped a shot of my light fixture. There are a few different shades of green but I couldn't capture them all in the pic. I have every intention of updating the light fixture once I have the paint scheme figured out. Ultimately we will add more lighting around the mirror but my master bath needs renovation before this bathrooms does. I'm just hoping to temporarily brighten this room.
