Hi there! Congrats on your new plant! They are easy plants to care for with a few requirements. I would start with a really well draining soil - preferably a potting soil mixed with perlite or a cactus type soil mix.

No saucer on the pot, good drainage holes - plumeria don't like to sit in cold or wet for long periods, that's why a saucer is not recommended. I would water, then let the soil get a on the dry side before watering again. They do like to be fertilized but it is pretty much too late in the season for that, I would hold off until next season.

They like lots of sun & can't be outside when the temps dip below about 50, bring them in for the winter. Good luck, I bet you'll do great! Let everyone know if you have more questions, they are a very helpful group around here.
