We are installing new floors in our home. Dilemma - which way should the planks run?
I planned to run them lengthwise from the entryway and down the halls. However the longest part of the living room runs in the opposite direction.

Do I :

1) continue the run direction from the entryway

2) have a 'transition' from the entryway direction to the living room or will that look too choppy.
