At my witt's end. In Jun14 I spent $4000 on a Tempurpedic bed w/ a lift
mechanism. Well, the lift base is made of PARTICLE board and cracked
where it is screwed together. Unfortunately I was 1 month and 1 day
from having the mattress company replacing the entire thing - so I have
to go through Tempurpedic's warranty. OMG....I've been fighting with
them since 15Jul15 and I am NO CLOSER to having it resolved than I was
on the 15th of July. Today they offered me a free pillow for my
troubles. In the meantime, my bed wakes us up EVERY time we move. I'm
ready to cry!!!! I am SO FRUSTRATED and I hope anyone in the market
reads this!!!! Yesterday I had to call THEM 4 times and FINALLY got my replacement "ordered" - which means they'll have it delivered to the area in 10 days then setup "whiteglove" delivery for me. I really want to cry!!!! They have never ONCE, after all my complaining, called me back for an update after they specifically told me they would. So unacceptable.
