Bumping... can anyone help with paint color choice? Would like to make a decision and get started over the weekend. Thanks!

I'm not sure I like the color of your bed I think it's too orange for that grey. It would be better if you can find a bed in lighter wood color that would work better

Thanks for the comments- I never would have realized that maybe the bed is too orange for the grey peppercorn paint I like. Here is a truer color of the bed, perhaps my personal picture photographed differently. Would there be a better color that would work with this bed as I am not going to change the bed. (Could change bedding)

Thank you, that picture really helps. Would you do all the walls the same color? Or a lighter color board and batten for the other three walls. If you are looking at the bed the wall to the right has an inset fireplace so I don't want to draw too much attention to that.

The grey room is gorgeous but is enhanced by the very light bed and bedclothes. It is very dark, and may look more so with your the furniture from your current bedroom, which (by the way) is gorgeous! The grey room is also enhanced by the lighter carpet. With a large lighter carpet and very light drapes and solid white bedclothes, I do think it would work. If the bed still looks dark (which it may not), you might be able to use only the headboard and possibly put a light slipcover over it.

Hi, I do like the bedding, but typically just have an offwhite coverlet on the bed in the warmer months. I'll try the bedding and see if its too dark as others have suggested it maybe. Here is a close up picture.

Sherwin Williams is starting their anniversary 35% off sale today so I think I will at least go pick up the peppercorn paint. Still considering the color for the other three walls.
