We are finishing our basement which will be its own living space with separate entrance, kitchen, etc. We plan on renting this space out. We need to fit the master bedroom/bathroom into the space shown below. The exterior door and smaller window on the right are easily removable if that helps. The overall living space is about 1600 sq. ft. and will have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths including this space. The other bath is a full tub/shower so we don't see the need for a tub in this space. Please help with layout ideas. Thank you!
