My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Did you buy this as a potted flower? Also, did you call the nursery for a cultivar name? It's a shame they didn't provide it. That's one sure way to lose the identification of a cultivar regardless of whether it's exotic or otherwise!
That does not resemble anything I've grown or seen recently. I've grown 'I'm a Hottie' for a couple years, and that sure doesn't look like it.
My bet is that it's one of the bedding dahlia series, purchased as small liner plants created from tissue culture by nurseries for the general public. Look at
Karma, Gallery, Happy Days, Happy Single, and Melody, or Dahliettas & Dark Angels, or Dahlinova series.
