I would start with the landscaping. As you do that, think about what style you want the house to be. Yes, paint the fence. You may want to replace the storm door with a full view. Anderson makes a great one that has a handle that flips up to remove the glass/screen. See if they offer a color that you might like for your fascia and then you could match them. Are you windows paintable? If not, then you may want to stay with the window color for the fascia. But accent the door & storm door. I would replace the fancy bricks after you have decided on style. If you are sticking with midcentury modern as your style, then you may want to keep them. Nice House- good luck with everything. =)

Be careful about painting (scraping etc) in a home built prior to 1978. The EPA has guidelines for LEAD paint. BTW, if the deco brick is original to the house I say keep it.

I like the layout of the brick! I'd go a little darker than the grout color on the trim- turquoise door. Get rid of the storm or switch to full lite. Mid century landscaping.
