Whether you have confidence in them or not, you need to call them and ask them to rectify it, because that looks terrible. True craftsman will scribe things so they fit. If they will not rectify it, and they are licensed, you can complain to their governing authority.

Try that first and go from there. If they are incapable of fixing it, they need to pay someone to do it for them.
