I was at the garden center today and material for window baskets seemed quite limited. Plus, it's still HOT so unless they keep up, the plants can look sick. Suppose to be a long, hot season yet so, you still can plant if you find the right selection. Make sure you keep up with watering..., looks dry to me.

This summer try closing the drainage holes in the planters. Mine in the front of the house usually don't get hit by the rain, so you'll know if you're overwatering. If you water everyone very well before you leave for vacation, they should last 5 days before they get into trouble. Good luck.
