Best Quality Replacement Windows

We are replacing all 18 steel casement windows on our 1947 brick and block house. Looking to replace with mostly double hung (some casements, depending on configuration). Had a visit by Renewal by Anderson today, Pella and Thompson Creek (local to the DC area) are lined up for next week. From what I've read here so far, I should also check out Marvin. I know quality installation is at as important as the window manufacturer, and I will tackle that next. For now, I'm trying to determine what brands and what specific lines I should be looking at. We have waited 17 years to tackle this project, and we want to do it right. Looking for high quality/performance.

Recommendations? Thanks!
