Hi: I am really interested in a wood entry door from Foret Doors (shown in the photo); but haven't been able to get enough reviews about this manufacturer, the quality of their products and their customer service and support.

I have been in touch with a sales person and she has been very helpful with all my questions; but I wanted to get some independent feedback about them before I make this purchase.

Anyone have experience working with them? Or have got one of their doors?

Another question I have is about the glass panels in that door - they are 1/4inch thick security glass. I am from the Bay Area (CA) and it can get very cold here in the winters; and I was wondering if those glass panels would be sufficient for weather proofing.

Let me know if anyone has experience with them or this particular door.
