Canning peaches...best method?

I have a small peach tree that is currently producing. We are eating them as fast as we can, but we aren't keeping up. I am thinking about canning a few...maybe 7-10 pounds worth. What's the best way? Will Hot Water Bath do the trick or is pressure canning required? Benefits to one method over the other? Thanks in advance!
