Is it all through out or just on one area ?

Can you post a pic of the area? For me, a lot would depend on what else is going on there. Personally, I think it is neutral, and it's a lovely pattern.

I like it. And i don't usually like wallpaper.

I suggest removing the wallpaper. Let the potential owners have their own vision of color scheme. Also, patterns may distract from architectural elements.

We just sold our house with 2 areas of wallpaper, and it was one of the things that drew buyers in. But for every viewing we had, who knows, it could have turned some off... So, imo, I would leave it if you feel it looks nice and matches the rest of the home and your decor. But if it looks out of place or is overwhelming that area of your home, remove it.

It's so transitional [?] that it's probably not a turn-off, especially in an entry space...

I felt like searching with "vine wallpaper" -- yours is modified to be less detailed, so again, I'd leave it!!!

I like it. Selling a house- totally random what people will like. Scraping and painting... Save that for your new home!

If I were looking for a house your walls would not deter me. I like it, it suits your house. I agree with mia. Save your hard work for your new house and let the buyer work hard on your old house to make it theirs.

Remove it, the wallpaper is very nice but it dates the house a fresh coat of paint would neutralize the place.

HI -- Most potential buyers see wall paper as a lot of work to take off . I think it is very nice but it won't suit everyone . Better to re-move it . I think you need to re-move the decorative brackets too. You could leave it but then see what comments are from your realtor .

It is lovely, but it is used in too large of an area. I would remove and paint. It will be worth the effort. More importantly than the wallpaper is to de-clutter and remove extra furniture from all rooms.

Ask your realtor, he or she would have better knowledge of potential buyers' tastes in your area. Personally, I don't think you will get more money for the house if you take it down, so why bother? If I was buying a house, wallpaper wouldn't deter me. If I didn't like it, I would just take it down myself.

Removing wall paper means retexturing after all the scrapping then painting. your paper is neutral enough to not make it worth all that hard work.

with 4+ door openings, 'can you imagine' what would be needed to liven up a neutral painted entry? what - a rug? hardly room for art .... the pattern has been 'enlarged' and smoothed down so that to me it's transitional.

Leave the wall paper. Wall paper is coming back, people viewing the home may think it's "in" and like the look. The only thing I would do in your entryway is to pack away the items on the shelves and remove the shelves. This would make the space seem bigger and give possible buyers a place to consider putting their mark. When we sold our first home our realtor advised us to remove the our family pictures and collections that were us, and one fourth of the furniture. Focus your time and energy removing your identity from the home, pack up the family pictures and your collections, so buyers can visualize themselves in your house and not see you there.

I would leave wallpaper, but pack away your bookcase and pics, add some decor like in pics below to focus on, hopefully you have some items, mirrors, console, lamps, you don't really want to buy things if you won't be using them in your next place
