We need to replace the dining room small chandelier with a larger one. Our formal dining is connected to the formal living with the entry hallway to the left and open to these rooms. We replaced the entry hall lighting with two dark bronze lanterns. I was originally looking at a full crystal chandelier until hubby mentioned that maybe we should coordinate with the entry hall lighting instead. My issue with that is that there are two contemporary art pieces framed in brushed nickel frames in the dining room. Should I stick with using only crystal in the dining room because of the artwork frames, or does it matter?
