should i expand the closet into adjacent room?

This is a 2400 sg ft home with 4br/ 2ba. the master is est 14x14 with 2 single doors reach-in closet that is 10x1. a bed room backs up to the closet and is est. 12x9ft. i may be about to come into the mast by a foot, but if i have to use the space in second room what is the small i should make it. i would current use that as a toddler room and he has a separate play room.

Can you show layout? Will the closet space use up the 12' side of the bedroom? Will it require losing a window/closet from the 4th bedroom?

this what i kind of purposed or should i just use the entire room and make this a 3/2 bath home

I would split this extra space so both the master and the smaller bedroom could be larger in size.

if the wall between small bedroom and a closet is not a supporting wall - i would agree with Dytecture

A bedroom needs to have a window and a closet to be considered a bedroom in real estate sales. So, it's up to you if you want to "lose" a bedroom. It will effect resale value, but will be a slam dunk for those looking for a 3BR 2BA home with a great closet.
