Hello, I am in the process of purchasing a home with very good structure but I'd like to redesign/remodel (difference?) the interior. New floors, kitchen, baths, among other things. What type of professional should I engage? An architect? Interior designer? General Contractor?

My goal is to have a finished look that carries throughout the home. It is a small condo with 1br, 2 baths, loft, awesome river views.

I'd like someone to help me define the space and then manage the work.
