paint color or wallpaper in master bath

We bought a house with this recently redone master bath and I am having trouble figuring out what to do with the walls. Its not full tile as you can see and something about the offwhite paint takes away from the nice tile work. Any thoughts on paint color, wallpaper or something to really make the master bath pop!
