His and hers master bathroom

My husband and I have separate vanities in our bathroom. Mine is larger, his is of course is smaller. We want to replace the light fixtures in our bathroom but our taste differs. I want something blingy and more feminine. He was something plain and modern. Would it look weird it we had different light fixtures?

buy 2 of 1, and 1 of the other. when you go to sell have them match.
