We are moving in to our new home in a few weeks. It is a new build. I am adding a bar/island in the kitchen area. The floorplan is a little off as the wall for the dining and living room are the same although in the floorplan the dining room looks like it's over more. We are looking at new furniture - a couch and loveseat maybe but not sure how to arrange in an open floor plan as we've never had an open floor plan. We also have a 75/gallon fish tank, not sure where to put that in there. Also a large TV center but we could go with a smaller one although it's fairly new and I wasn't planning on replacing that. I've been looking at feng shui but am a beginner so it's a little overwhelming. In the kitchen, there is another tall cabinet that will go on the other side of the fridge (which will be right next to the dishwasher ) but it hasn't been installed yet.
