Although yours looks a little more tawny in the pic. I had pink combos in my old fl house. I found the following 2 things really helped, Behr Cottage White and drk green as in a foliage color. i know there are many whites out there and many look like this color but unless you are guaranteed I would not get it. It definitely tones down pink. You understand that what you are doing is broadening the color palette so can branch off in a preferred direction.

so when i had my bathrooms, I used border for the two tone pink which is closest to yours. The border was Magnolia blossoms and then i painted the walls in the cottage white. there was the barest hint of this darker pink and it worked perfectly the walls looked creamy white, but the effect was wonderful. I did all the towels and accessories in dark green which was the border and leaves of the border. I will see if i have a shower curtain which will help. But do try a tester of cottage white, you might want to paint a thin border of green. I know I have a couple mosaics that would work, not sure if you want them.

This is could give you a very upgraded looking bath, i think i would go with cream, beige or metal hooks though. you can then accessorize with cream, green, and probably yellow or gray.

if your bath is fairly small this can be overpowering, i recommend everything be light if you use this.
This is zany and cute, but you it is I believe fairly see through, keeping things light and you have a myriad of bright colors to use.

I like the pink and black if your fixtures are truly pink and not coral as the picture seems to show. i would be tempted to paint walls black as well

I have just now finished revamping a similarly pink bathroom in NYC. Definitely go with black and polished chrome (the colors and materials you already have). Get new chrome faucets and invest in a new slab for your countertop. That will be the main story. Think dramatic. Black granite with silver speckles. Google a kitchen recycling store near you - they may have one. I found an Art Deco-inspired wallpaper with pinks and blacks on Pinterest. It's only 60USD per roll. Go silver/black with the shower curtain. You will end up with a dramatic conversation-piece bathroom. The only thing I suggest you don't do black is the toilet seat. It gives off a public toilet or train toilet seat. Pick a hue matching the actual toilet, and the whole thing will disappear. Also on ebay you can find many period sconces to add to the wall and enhance your period theme. I got mine for 60USD.

Embrace the pink but make it clean by either painting the grout super white or cleaning it pristinely. Make sure your towels are new white. Don't allow any dingy white or stains. I wouldn't do any accent color beyond white. Buy very modern accessories (tissue box, waste paper basket) in lucite or white. Also, the lighting should be modern too so your choices look intentionally irreverent and cool. You also can get new drawer pulls in a brass/gold color but make sure their design is modern clean too. It's cute but a little dark. Personally I would use white paint and curtains, replace the mirror. Later maybe you could install shower doors on the tub.
