You're seeing "window off center" but actually this is "design didn't make the cabinets perfectly symmetrical." Happens all the time. If it still bothers you in a month, hang a metal wine rack on the right-hand cabinet, but honestly, it's not like an off-center faucet . . .

I agree with idea of Roman shade hung from the ceiling. You could also call the cabinet company and see if they can build you a tiny open plant shelves to fit into the corner, but I think that is overkill, but it is is driving you crazy get it fixed. This flaw could ruin your whole life in this house if it naws at your every day!
