First this is a rendering, a nice one, but it's a pretty digital painting essentially. Second, you would choose the wood veneer you wanted, paste it onto some plywood and then attach the plywood board to the wall with a French cleat. We can make this for you and ship it to you, if you are interested. Where are you located?
