I am replacing the exterior doors of our house and don't want to use a french door for the back of the home d/t afternoon sun. I have a small home with open floor plan. The front and back doors are across the living room from the other. We are using a 3/4 light on front door. Currently, there is a half light door on the back which reminds me of a utility door more than a door that should be in a living room. I'm afraid if we use matching doors then there will be no designation from front/back. We are considering matching 3/4 light doors.
