What style bed works for adjustable base mattress?

I must have a Fabulous BED! I got a divine mattress w/ an Adjustable base -a remote control elevates head and feet. Tons of people have them. The base is same size of a Queen mattress 60x 80. It comes w/adjustable ht. legs from 2-6". I'm told a Panel bed, or any bed stating Box springs needed will work. Can't do storage, or platform beds.

These adjustable bases are in every store that sells mattresses. I'm not unique, but I'm struggling to find a kick ass BED that you'd want me to have. Tell all. I found some great beds at Horchow on sale...which is remarkable.

I'd love your wisdom.

I'm in the same boat -- any luck? I was looking at Restoration Hardware and I am not sure that any of their beds (beside headboard-only items) will work. What did you find? Thanks!

I know this is an old thread, but I am in the same situation. I called tempurepdic and they said as long as the bed frame (wood or whatever) gives 1.5 " space around the platform it is fine. I want to buy a wood fram from RH but when I called the store they said the do not recommend to alter the bed in any way (as I told them I could leave the wooden slats our and put the platform inside the frame). The said no. So I guess I am left with a headboard only!?
