My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The windows are 4'0"x5'0" push out casements. They were made by a local shop. You'll notice there's no sill or stop at the sill, they close against the counter top. The widow is a mini-bay. I lagged 2x8's to the wall framing to get that detail, and that fit in under an existing overhang. It's one of my favorite details, thanks for noticing it.
