Rug type and colour

I am redesigning my master bedroom and I am stumped on what type/style/colour/design of area rug to put under the bed. I would like a 9x12 rug as the room is large and something very comfortable under foot. The walls are a light grey (Farrow and Ball - Dove Tale) and the hardwood is medium brown Acadia wood (to be installed in a couple weeks - sample is shown on bed in picture). Furniture is black, bedding is mostly white with dark grey and yellow accents.

I think I'd go with a light pattern in white and gray -- you'll need to match your exact gray shades (as well as determining the pile of each for comfort), so these are just suggestions of type...

Awesome thanks. I was thinking grey and white so glad you agree. Tying in the yellow is a cool idea too.

I found this one that I like as it's supposed to be super soft and comfy. Would this be too much white though under a white duvet? Should there be more grey?
